Worry Stones

Worry stones are used to lessen stress and anxiety.  Hold the stone between the thumb and index finger and gently rub the stone back and fourth with your thumb, this is thought to release stress.  Pick your favorite stone.  Blue Adventurine, Green Jasper, Gold Stone, Black Chalcedony, Rose Quartz, Rhodonite, Picture Jasper, Brecciated Jasper, Calcite, Zebra Jasper, Tiger Eye.
