What happens after ordering?

Following the placement of your order you will be notified via email when your order ships along with your tracking number. Please ensure you have provided correct postal address and email address.

How long will delivery take?

We will ship your order within 1-2 business days after ordering. We can not be held responsible for any delays which occur from the postal service, but we will help contact them to resolve any inquiries you may have.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive an invoice with your order. We are unable to change an address after the order has been placed so please check the address before submitting the order.

Are your crystals ethically sourced?

Yes, we use private independent miners that we trust when we purchase our crystals.

Do you provide a tracking number for delivery?

Yes, all orders are shipped with a tracking number.
